Shane Ward

Shane Ward brings more than 40 years of hands-on construction and building experience to B3. Beginning his carpentry apprenticeship in Tauranga in 1983, Shane has worked across commercial and residential construction in both New Zealand and Australia, developing a practical, solutions-focused approach to delivering projects on site.

A Licensed Building Practitioner in Carpentry, Shane has extensive experience in site management, coordinating subtrades and solving complex construction challenges. His background also includes owning his own building business, where he delivered high-end residential homes, including bespoke builds exceeding 1,000m².

At B3, Shane has managed projects across the Bay of Plenty and wider North Island, including school works, Fire and Emergency New Zealand upgrades and refurbishment programmes for KFC. His depth of experience, practical knowledge and ability to keep projects moving make him a valuable member of the B3 team.
