Ben Johnston

Ben Johnston brings a disciplined, detail-focused approach to construction, backed by experience across residential, retirement and aged-care projects. After beginning his career in the Navy, Ben followed his passion for construction, studying towards a Diploma of Construction Management before joining C3 as a cadet in 2021.

Since then, Ben has built strong experience in site and project management, contractor coordination, client and consultant relationships, health and safety, and programme delivery. He is known for being highly organised, systems-focused and effective at building strong working relationships on site.

His project experience includes the $75 million Pacific Lakes Village development, the $23 million Pacific Coast Village Aged Care Facility, and a $6 million Kāinga Ora townhouse development in Harini. The latter was delivered a month ahead of programme and handed over with no defects, reflecting Ben’s strong focus on quality, planning and delivery.

Ben brings practical site knowledge, strong communication and a calm, structured approach to every project he works on.
