Aidan Leckenby

Aidan Leckenby brings eight years of experience across estimating, quantity surveying and commercial management to B3’s Tauranga team. Having worked with leading interiors subcontractors in both Auckland and Tauranga, Aidan has developed strong experience across commercial, educational and industrial construction projects.

Before joining B3 in May 2025, Aidan progressed from Estimator/Quantity Surveyor with Apex Interiors to Senior Estimator and later Commercial Manager at Tika Interiors, where he was responsible for the performance and development of estimating and QS teams across two regional branches.

Aidan has successfully estimated, negotiated and managed projects ranging from premium office fitouts and commercial refurbishments through to complex healthcare environments. His experience working across both subcontractor and main contractor roles gives him a strong understanding of project costs, procurement, subcontractor coordination and commercial delivery.

With a practical, collaborative approach and strong commercial grounding, Aidan helps B3 deliver well-planned, well-managed projects from tender through to completion.
