Will Devine

Will is an emerging construction professional currently studying towards a Bachelor of Construction Management. He joined C3 at the end of 2023 as a Site Assistant during study breaks and has since progressed into a Site Manager role with B3 Interiors.

He has gained on-site experience across a range of projects, including high-end commercial office fit-outs, schools, and fast-paced retail and hospitality upgrades. This has given him a strong understanding of site operations and project delivery in live, time-sensitive environments.

Will is an energetic and motivated Site Manager who works closely with the wider project team to deliver high-quality outcomes. He also brings experience working within heritage buildings through his time with both C3 and B3, with an appreciation for the additional planning, coordination, and care that these projects require.
